Ordering and Shipping

Please note that significant delays are expected for freight and customs clearance procedures due to COVID-19.

Processing Time

We usually dispatch orders within three business days after confirmation. Please note that we do not dispatch orders during the summer and winter holidays or when we are closed due to other circumstances.

Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on the region of destination and time required for customs clearance.

Customs and import taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We accept returns and cancellations

- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

- Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

- Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

・Due to the nature of the items, we cannot accept exchanges.

・You may be charged for shipping if you cancel an order more than 12 hours after it is made.

・Custom, semi-custom, or personalized items cannot be returned or cancelled.

 

Conditions for Returns

・Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

・If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

・However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, we will deal with it appropriately. Please contact use as soon as possible (within 14 days of delivery at the latest).

Semi-Custom Orders

We also welcome semi-custom orders of which customers can choose the leather type, color, and thread color. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Please allow 1-3 months for leather ordering and manufacturing.
